Happy 4th of July!

It was our first 4th of July in Victor as a family (Jason was here last year but the rest of us were still in Utah) and it turned out to be quite the holiday! The kids loved the parade and it's amazing how many people fill the street of Victor for the 4th (Supposedly there were 15,000 people last year. On Thursday night we hit the fireworks stand where Jason wanted to buy the biggest pack of fireworks they had, but was informed that they were saving that as a prize for a drawing. The smaller pack was more than enough, but this morning (July 5th), he listened to his voicemail and heard that he had won the BIG prize. Unfortunately they had to be picked up last night, so we didn't actually get the fireworks, but Jason is still he's convinced he's one of the luckiest people around. I guess only time will tell.

It looks like you enjoyed the festivities here. I actually love the 4th of July here. There are a lot of fun things to do. I'll have to remember to have Jason enter the next contest I want to win.
