I finished my first
Tri at the end of May and it was an amazing experience. I was really hesitant to sign-up for it, but with some encouragement from my good friend Heidi, I decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad that I did. It was so good for me to have a reason to 'have to' work out every morning for the weeks leading up to the
Tri. I even surprised myself how diligent I was at getting up every morning. Jason was extremely supportive which also helped to keep me motivated. My main goals were to enjoy it and to still be standing after crossing the finish line. I enjoyed it so much, I'm already looking forward to next year. Anyone interested??

WOW! Shelly that is amazing to me. I can't even walk up my stairs without getting winded! Way to go. I am very impressed. I would like to do a little race...but I don't think I could do a tri!
Way to go!!! You are seriously an inspiration.
