More Festivities!

Here in Victor, we all meet for a Trunk or Treat. You pull your car up and the kids go from car to car Trick or Treating. It really is a quick and efficient way to load up on the treats. Especially when you consider the amount of walking you could do going from house to house. It's also great, because you can see all the kids in their costumes gathered together at once. Jake really got into it after he realized that SUGAR was involved. You can see him just getting started, already with a sucker in his hand.

Here are the girls. They'd already finished their rounds and are taking a break to enjoy some hot chocolate!

Here is Cambrie. We've been hanging onto this tooth for weeks so that it could complement her costume. It can turn about 270 degrees, but to her dismay, she came in this morning bright and early so I could pull it, and wouldn't you know it, that little bugger is still hanging on. Any bets on whether it makes it through the weekend?!

After the Trunk or Treat, we headed to Victor Elementary (just next door), for the Annual HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL! We enjoyed dinner, homemade donuts, cotton candy (yep, we hadn't met our quota of sugar for the evening), and tons of fun games. Tatum even took a turn at the cake walk and won this Witch Cake. We've decided she must have her Dad's Luck. Check out the face, pure joy and remnants of cotton candy (I think, but at this point who knows). Well, needless to say, it was a great night with a lot of fun memories!
