Kindergarten Screening!

I can't believe it, but here we are on our way to Tatum's Kindergarten screening for next fall. She was so excited!
And here is Tatum with her thumb, something we've worked very hard to convince her cannot be taken to Kindergarten with her. We're counting down. D-day is June 11th. Wish us luck!

Fun Pictures!

Jake is newly obsessed with Lego's, but mostly I like his "Future Redskins" shirt.

A recent shopping trip! I always wondered why this cart had a bottom basket!

Easter Memories!

So many fun memories from Easter, but I'm just now getting them updated, so here is the condensed version. First and foremost, you can see there was still plenty of snow on the ground, so our annual Easter Egg Hunt has been moved indoors. We had our usual plethora of filled plastic eggs, nearly 200 scattered over the entire house. Needless to say, we were still finding them weeks later. Here is Cambrie, stopping just long enough for a picture before getting back to the mayhem.

Here is Jake with his Easter Basket. The girls goodies were brought in little wagons that they have been using to chauffer their American Girl Dolls around in.

Easter Eggs . . .

Oh, the excitement of coloring eggs! What an adventure. I was glad to see that I actually was able to get some use out of my lab coats from hygiene school.

Jake just loved everything about coloring eggs, but mostly dropping them in the cups. The 'cracked' design was by far the most popular for him.

The finished products. Too bad none of us really eat hard boiled eggs!

Sun Valley

We headed to Sun Valley for part of Spring Break. It was a great trip visiting family and just having fun together. They were so excited to spend time with Grandma, Abby, Aunt Mo and Uncle Jason. The girls enjoyed a ski day thanks to Grandma & Grandpa's generosity.

Cambrie had tons of fun and was even catching air on the snowboard terrain by the end of the day.
Tatum did great too! It was her first time out this season, but she had a great time, and better yet, no broken bones.
Jake had fun just running around and sipping hot cocoa.
We also headed to the YMCA pool. It was hard to keep them off the big water slide. Even Jake wanted to go again and again!

Still Working on Food Storage!

We decided to make a Family Night out of canning some more food for our food storage. The kids actually really enjoyed it and were a huge help.

Cambrie was the designated can labeler.

Jake and Tatum were on lid and box duty.

Jas worked on filling the cans.
