Schwieder Reunion 2010

Of all places, the Schwieder Reunion ended up being in Victor at the Moose Creek Lodge.  Grandma & Grandpa headed over earlier, then we all made our way to the Lodge.  The kids had a blast playing with all their extended family.

Tate, Jake and Boston were hilarious together.  They spent a lot of time 'bear hunting' or playing ball.
More little kiddos having a blast together.
Tatum & Cambrie in the tie died shirts Grandma helped them make.
The girls took a horseback ride at the Lodge.
Tug of War between the Millers
 and Westergard families.

There was a pool table in the Lodge, Jake and Tatum couldn't get enough.

ready, aim, fire!

While the Brophy's were here, we headed to the gravel pit for target practice. Heidi blew us all away. On her first shot she was millimeters away from the center of the target, with 9mm. Needless to say, she called it good after that shot.

Into the Great Wide Open

We took a long excursion on the 4wheelers, motorbike and rhino.  The views and scenery were beautiful.  Cambrie, Natalie, Hershey & Sean

Mason absolutely love Hershey and is so adorable with her.

Tatum all geared up.  I just love this picture.  It is so completely Tater.
All of us with the timer shot.  Turned out pretty good.

Happy 4th of July!

Independence Day Festivities!

There's nothing better than the 4th of July in Victor, Idaho.  We started off the day with the Victor Parade.  Then headed over to the park.
Heidi and Madison with their Teton Valley shirts from the Emporium.
Cambrie, Natalie and Tatum.
Jason and Sean.  Knowing Jason, he's thinking, "My flag is bigger than yours!"
Tatum hurt herself somehow, so Natalie and Cambrie carried her.
Sean and Jason took the kids home while Heidi and I went to Big Hole BBQ for a very delicious lunch.  We've successfully brainwashed Heidi into thinking that Teton Valley is the best place in the world.  Later in the evening we headed to the pond for some fishing.  This was the sight we had there.  With days like this, it doesn't take much to brainwash.
When they weren't on the poles, we had a lot of fun with the cameras.
Heidi and the kiddos.

Cambrie and I.
After the fishin', we headed up to Driggs to catch the fireworks at Huntsman Springs.  We decided to park and listen to the synchronized music on the car radios.  The fireworks were great and the music and commentary added a lot.  We were very glad we headed up there to watch.
Of course, you have to do your own fireworks too.  Here are the kiddos with sparklers.

More fun with the Brophy Family.

It's amazing how much fun we had in just a few days.  Now you can't come to Victor without a trip to the Emporiom for a shake.
While we were there, we noticed the addition of the "Yahoooo" shake, which was actually created by Jason and some of his friend from work.  After some convincing, they actually added it to the menu.
Jake and Mason were the protectors of the camper.  They were actually shooting their arrows at the bear behind them for target practice too.
On our trip to Broulims Cambrie and Nat tried out the motorized carts.  I think they were just mirroring my face when I saw them on them.
.  Here are Cambrie and Nat at the top of one of the gravel hills at the pit.  You can't tell from the picture, but they climbed a LONG way up there.   We put the camper up and the kids slept out there a bit and took food out there so they could have breakfast and snacks.  It's great how much they love the camper.

Heidi and Madison relaxing in the hammock.
We even squeezed in a little hot tubbin time.
Sean had been out of town for work when Heidi and the kids came up, so once he arrived, Heidi went down to Idaho Falls to pick him up.  While they were gone, the kids and I went to MD to feed the fish.

Bar J Chuckwagon.

Heidi and I took the kids to Jackson for the Bar J Chuckwagon dinner and show. It was our first time there, and the kids thought it was great.

Here they are watching them Q the dinner.

All the kiddos together.

We loved our wagon ride.

Dinner was delicious. Tatum and Jake scarfed nearly every last bite.
